Had an 8 am appointment to have my suspension worked on, I don’t live in the area, so some family met me and we tried to kill time by shopping. Two hours later I still hadn’t heard back from anyone so I called again and spoke with a receptionist who laid she couldn’t reach my adviser but she would be sending him a message and he’d get back to me in a few minutes. Another hour went by and I still hadn’t heard back so I called again and the same receptionist said she couldn’t reach him again so she was going to send him another message. It was now just after 1 pm so I decided to go to the dealer and see if I could check in person. I saw the advisor and he went to check with the techs on the status, when he came back he said the part was defective and they were going to have to order another part. It took them 6 hours to let me know, only after I went to look for them. He said they’d fill up my gas tank, which was not even halfway empty, for my time wasted and that he’d have to call me when they get the correct part. I was so upset. I left and really don’t want to go back there. More

Not only did Peter help me find the car I was looking for by texting with me on updates about the car that afternoon, but he also stayed at the dealership a few hours later than his family would have liked that Friday evening to make sure I was taken care of and got the car I wanted before the Memorial Day rush. I felt understood and not taken advantage of, which are the most important factors of the exchange. I will absolutely return to this Honda dealership and send my friends and family there as well.
