They had my car ready around 2 pm, and we were about to sign the contract. The finance guy asked me to buy a 1400-dollar package, and I politely refused. He immediately turned his back on me and walked away with not a single hesitation. Left me hanging there, only to find another person from the finance department 2 hours later to take over. I know they wanted to make sales of service packages, but you should not force a sale or simply ignore your customer and make them wait there because you can't make a sale. On the other hand, Christopher Harris is a great salesman. If you ever go to AutoNation Honda Roseville, Please find Christopher Harris, He is a great salesman, very down to the earth, and very patient. He never showed any impatience during the inquiry. He tells you everything you need to know, and always puts himself in the customer’s shoes, choosing what’s best for the customer. We made our purchase all due to Chris’ effort.
