The staff was young and inexperienced, brought my daughters car in for breaks and their multi—point tests determined I had a weak battery. They did a great job on the breaks, but two other shops det daughters car in for breaks and their multi—point tests determined I had a weak battery. They did a great job on the breaks, but two other shops determined I needed an alternator instead. A week later I took a trip and washed the windows, blades they replaced crossed and hit and it took 3 of them and over an hour on a second trip to the shop for them to figure it out. More
