Had set up an appointment to buy a new car. The appointment was for 11am on Saturday. During our conversation we had agreed on a price and told them it would be over an hour drive to get there. When we arrived, not only was the sales rep late but when she finally got to us, left again for another 20 minutes only to return and tell us the car was sold the day before, We did not get a call or any previous notice so spent 3 hours driving costing us $$$ on gas and left with nothing more than "o well". Will never buy a car from them. More
Service department is mostly full of advisors who just want to make money. Any time I brought my NEW Honda in for warranty issues over the last 4 years these guys would hassle me about how they don’t make want to make money. Any time I brought my NEW Honda in for warranty issues over the last 4 years these guys would hassle me about how they don’t make money on warranty claims if they can’t reproduce the issue. Sliding doors wouldn’t close, poor panel alignment, buttons like the traction control that didn’t work in the car from the factory. I paid for a new car that came with a bumper to bumper warranty - it’s not my concern how Honda decides to provide that coverage, or how the service department is funded through the manufacturer’s warranty. Every time they worked on my car there was an issue with panels not being put back together properly, leaving the car dirty or with black smudges on the inside, and I even found a deck of playing cards in the car. They stopped providing ANY kind of transportation even when the car was in for a recall - no shuttle, no Uber, no rentals. SAD SAD SAD! Even something as simple as an oil change - they don’t use HONDA parts! They got upset with me when I didn’t want pay to have them change my oil anymore - You’re paying for the Honda dealer to service your car, but guess what! Your oil filter is they own house brand, not a genuine Honda part. I reviewed my dashcam video from a few of the visits and I learned much about how they operate as a company. The technician couldn’t figure out how to use Honda’s push button transmission and obviously damaged my transmission by repeatedly trying to drive while shifting shift into drive with the door open, forcing the car to shift into park, grinding to a halt. I could hear the two-faced service advisor talking about how the customer (me) is a jerk for not wanting to have the oil change performed while the car was in a recall. I heard the technician talking about how the customer (me) is an idiot for brining the car in for a bad shock absorber that creaked over bumps. Don’t get me wrong - these issues were eventually addressed, but it took a lot of fighting and return visits to get it done right. I wouldn’t highly recommend you STAY AWAY from the service department of this dealership. More
Truly a No Hassle dealership experience! After visiting multiple dealers for a new car I was looking for; finally found a place that is totally deserves 5 star out of 5 in all areas. Until doing business with AutoNation Honda Roseville, I didn’t know that buying a car from a dealer could be so easy, convenient and fast. I did my price negotiation over the internet; as multiple sales managers were very helpful and asking right questions; listening my thoughts; then showed up on the dealer to test drive and finish paperworks. No surprises, no time wasting; and lots of great people running around the dealership. My car was clean and ready waiting for me to test drive in 5 min of my arrival; and entire process was done in an hour or so; with no hassle. AutoNation Honda Roseville Team configured my car on my choices prior to leaving there; gave me a great summary of technical features etc. At the end of the day; I had a great top rated experience that I wasn’t even expecting from a car dealer. I think the key is “people”. As I saw at AutoNation Honda Roseville, everyone from the time I walked in to depart was nice, courtesy, even funny; what a great environment! Thank you for making my new car purchase a NO HASSLE with great price and deals. More
Auto Nation of Roseville is a very deceptive company. My daughter went to buy a car and had the cash to put down for more than half of what it was selling for. I would not buy another vehicle from this company. Buyer beware More
Purchased a car and within 3 days the clutch went out. They wrote it off as "me being young and it being a fast car" and not warranty the fix. Well they were sure there for me when I leased my Civic, they were happy to quickly take my down payment and get me Into a new ride.. I thank them for that but I have since traded that car away and have been trying to cancel my ore paid maintence since 9/2019 I only had my civic 6 months and it's been paid off since 9/26/19 (per Honda) and I went to the dealer back In sept and cancelled this.. I was told that once the car was paid off I would get a check go wait 8-10 weeks.. we'll here it is 4 months later and I still haven't been refunded for my pre paid maintence.. I have called and left numerous messages with different finance people and never received a call back :( I called honda and they did confirm I bought this and it should be refunded directly from the dealer. :( All I want is my refund and I can't seem to get any help More

On Tuesday, June 11 we spoke with Matt in finance and told him we wanted to cancel our Maintenance and Extended Service plans. He said okay but it would take about a week for the funds to come back because the paperwork needed to be processed. We waited and heard nothing. We tried calling Matt and could not connect with him. We spoke with Gabe, our car salesman, who also tried to leave messages for Matt. Then Gabe asked Eddy to get involved. Eddy found out the cancellation paperwork had never been submitted. Eddy sent us over the paperwork on June 28. I filled out the paperwork and scanned it and sent it back on June 28. I did not hear a word. I left three voice messages with Eddy and one e-mail. I called Gabe again to let him know how unhappy we were with this whole process. Then we went to the General Manager, Les Braner, in person to complain. He passed us back to Finance with a rookie finance person, Kerry, who didn't know how to access our claim. Several more people came in and they found out that the paperwork was held up because they couldn't figure out what loan company we went through. We paid cash and if they had done their diligence they would have seen it on the sales contract and the cancellation paperwork. So at that point they assured us we would have our money by the end of the week. That was three weeks ago and we still do not have our $3,545 back. This has been going on for over three months. More

Worst service department experience ever Do not get your vehicle repaired here. I am disabled. I have a disabled autistic son. My car is currently being held hostage at AutoNation Honda, torn down with a blown head gasket. I have a service agreement contract for the car. Yet, the service agreement company will not honor the contract. When I purchased the service agreement contract, the salesman assured me that there were no additional cost or maximum payouts on repairing my vehicle. The service agreement contract does not expire until February of 2019, and there are still about three to four hundred miles left within the agreement on the car. The inspector from my service agreement company approved repairs yesterday on Wednesday. Yet, the corporate office will not pay their part of the bill. Richard Amader, service department employee for AutoNation Honda will not help me. The repairs cost $1600.00. Nick, Service Manager for AutoNation Honda will not help. Norbert Santos, Service Manager for Maita Honda will not help. More
