The service person, James Foures-moon, was professional. However, I took my car in for an oil change because my oil indicator says I was at 30%. When I got my car back, the indicator still says it is 30%. I However, I took my car in for an oil change because my oil indicator says I was at 30%. When I got my car back, the indicator still says it is 30%. I went back to the dealership to make sure the oil was changed and topped off. They reassured me that it was. From a customer perspective I have every right to be concerned. They told me that the maintenance guys just forgot to reset the indicator. If that was the case, then the maintenance guys need to be more diligent and make sure the cars are repaired properly and make sure the customers will not have to go back to the dealership because they thought their car was not repaired. More
