I've used AutoNation Honda since I moved up here over 2 years ago. Every time has been a great experience - very customer friendly. The service advisor I had an appointment with did not go to work that day. I was told that the service advisors cannot get into the computer records of the other advisors so I had to explain to Brenda, the to work that day. I was told that the service advisors cannot get into the computer records of the other advisors so I had to explain to Brenda, the service advisor that worked with me, what I was in for, routine maintenance and to repair my rear bumper. She had to get hold of the body shop to see if they could fit me in. After about three hours I was told they could work on the bumper, My biggest complaint is the service advisors cannot see what the other advisors work load is in case one is unable to come to work.
