Regarding James Harding. James Harding has been my service advisor for quit some time,I started with Mr. Valverde Who left for another dealership. I choose James Harding because he has been with Honda for as long as we have been driving Honda’s I remember him from your old location. Would like to praise James he is not only an advisor he has become I feel a friend, someone who I can depend on to give me sound advice and not feel like he is talking down to me.. He always tells me exactly what is wrong and the best way to handle the repairs and the cost. Which I very much appreciate. He always greets you with a smile a happy hello and always ask how I am doing. James is a wonderful asset to your Service Department . Fingers crossed he dies not retire anytime soon.!! More
We have had my car serviced at this center since I bought it in 2015 and have been pleased with the service as well as different Service Advisors, especially with the most recent/current advisor who I worked it in 2015 and have been pleased with the service as well as different Service Advisors, especially with the most recent/current advisor who I worked with on 11/20/23, Ryan Hover. Ryan did provide outstanding customer service to me. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, detail-oriented, polite and yet friendly. We are glad we have him as our Service Advisor now. Thank you, Ryan! Our car has been running well after this service. With Ryan's enthusiastic assistance, we will return in early December to have 4 tires replaced. More

They sold me a rat infested Toyota Camry and tried to play it off like they had no idea of the damage and the hazmat issue. They took the car back I thought for sure they would sell this car at auction b play it off like they had no idea of the damage and the hazmat issue. They took the car back I thought for sure they would sell this car at auction but after searching their inventory they are trying to resell this car as a “clean well-cared for Camry”. Super shady in my opinion. FYI the only reason it seems clean and cared for is because I spent the $ to get it professionally detailed , which is when we found the rat issue, and they wouldn’t even reimburse me for the cost of the detail. More
