Staff is friendly and the service seems good. My one complaint is appointments mean nothing. My scheduled appointment was 10:10am for 15K service and tire rotation. It took almost 2 hours! My only complaint about my experience is on how dirty my new CRV was on delivery. As we were walking around the vehicle there was dirt still on the roof and on some of the door jams. As our sales person wa new CRV was on delivery. As we were walking around the vehicle there was dirt still on the roof and on some of the door jams.
