My "check engine light" came on when I was on my way home on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to make it home and immediately called Roseville Auto West Honda to make an appointment for service. I was schedu on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to make it home and immediately called Roseville Auto West Honda to make an appointment for service. I was scheduled for the following Tuesday with a drop off Monday afternoon. I received a phone call from my Service Advisor, Kyle Singh, the next morning. He advised that the spark plugs that I had replaced in 2021 were defective. The spark plugs were covered for 12 months or 10,000 miles. They were replaced over 12 months. Kyle spoke with the Service Manager who authorized replacing the spark plugs at no cost to me despite being replaced over 12 months as the mileage was well below 10,000 miles and I was just in for service in June and had to have the alternator replaced. Great customer service from both Kyle Singh and his Service Manager! More

I had an appointment and took my car in to have the stereo serviced because it was making an odd crackling noise every time I played music. I was greeted promptly and my service advisor came out and took note of problem and we escorted back inside. I was told it would be a few hours for the diagnostic to come back. About three hours later I was told the problem was found and was going to be fixed. Within 45 mins after that conversation my car was fixed and ready to go. But… while I was driving home I heard a new sound from the car that sounded like change rattling in the climate control panel. I called Honda back and spoke to my service advisor and he told e to come back the next day and they would expedite my service to fix the problem. Luckily it was an easy fix, just a screw that needed to be tightened and I was back on my way. More

AutoNation was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our service rep, Andrew, was friendly, very knowledgeable & honest.
