Honda Renton has been good to me over the 2 years I have been taking my 2003 Honda Pilot to be serviced--she still runs like a charm. Jordan Dinh and Bill Ackerman have been great service reps with each of my visits. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because of miscommunication between the mechanics and service reps. I received a texted photo of my battery and a suggestion from the mechanic that it be replaced. With other non-Honda mechanics I've used in the past, this is not uncommon to receive notification through text or email and sometimes you can accept or decline work through the app the mechanic uses. Honda Renton does not use such an app and all communication goes through the service rep. When the service rep called with the itemized list of suggested work, the battery replacement was not on the list. Bill Ackerman was fantastic and immediately circled back to the mechanic and then called me back. He apologized for the omission of information from the mechanic and even gave me a discount on my service. Thanks so much Bill. More

Hi everyone. I don't know why there is such a low rating at Yelp for this wonderful dealership. My advisor Mr. Matthew Lopez took good care of me. I was in and ou I don't know why there is such a low rating at Yelp for this wonderful dealership. My advisor Mr. Matthew Lopez took good care of me. I was in and out in 45 minutes for my first tune up for my Honda Accord. I got a coupon for $45 plus tax about $50 total which is a lot cheaper than Jiffy Lube. It came with a free car wash at Brown Bear. Reception area was comfortable with Gourmet coffee. I'm very satisfied with AutoNation Honda Renton. More
