High praise for Daniel and Justin at this Dealership’s Service Department! A traumatic and nerve wracking blowout of a tire on i405 South happened after I hit an unavoidable pothole while driving the ‘2 Service Department! A traumatic and nerve wracking blowout of a tire on i405 South happened after I hit an unavoidable pothole while driving the ‘21 Honda Insight. This left me with having to have the car towed to the nearest dealership which happened to be Renton Honda. It was a Saturday and the service department was very busy. Daniel was the person the tow truck driver & I talked with. Even though they were super busy, Daniel was so accommodating & explained that while they might be able to look at and repair it that day, it was likely it would need to be kept over the weekend. Later that afternoon, Daniel sent a text with his number where I could text with questions. On Monday when I called, Daniel was out that day, Justin answered and was so very helpful, cheerful and checked into everything and let me know what was happening with the car. The tire was ordered, etc. and would be in the next day. They did a thorough job of inspection on the vehicle, and again Justin helped me when I went to pick up the car. Solid 10 🌟on the service and pleasant experience for an otherwise unpleasant set of circumstances! -Lee More
I called to ask if I can used my pre-owned verified warranty at any Honda dealer, I was told only at AutoNation. I drove one hour to use my warranty to maintain to my vehicle. Although I was late for my appointment, Jason Tran welcomed me to the Service area. In the past I was told that since I have a Mazda, the Service department could not do the diagnosis on the computer welcomed me to the Service area. In the past I was told that since I have a Mazda, the Service department could not do the diagnosis on the computer because they don't do Mazda work. Hmm I bought the car at AutoNation and purchased the Warranty plan with a $149 a month charge, so I was not happy. Jason's supervisor, Jason (That's right another Jason) said they will do the computer diagnosis and see what they find. They called an uber to get me home. NICE!!. When we picked up the car, Both Jasons were just departing for the day but took a moment to explain that my car is in good condition. They think the source of the "Check Engine " light has been located and asked me to return if the light goes on again for a replacement part under warranty. More
Hi to all. The service center was full and it took longer to change oil but the place is huge and there is different gourmet coffee and chocolate available, TV The service center was full and it took longer to change oil but the place is huge and there is different gourmet coffee and chocolate available, TV was on for entertainment but the big difference is Justin, He made my day.
