It's now Halloween. Absurd. Woman who I talked to on the phone also had no customer service skills. More

I bought my 2007 Honda Civic from Renton and have done all the mainteneance at the same dealership. I was in on Saturday for the 115,000 mile maintenance and ended up getting a good deal on an excellent a all the mainteneance at the same dealership. The staff are all very personable and knowledgeable. More
The service department at Renton Honda is HORRIBLE. They performed major service on my car for a huge $$$$ including replacing the timing belt. Less than 15,000 later the seals on the work have started to performed major service on my car for a huge $$$$ including replacing the timing belt. Less than 15,000 later the seals on the work have started to leak. When I brought it in, they said yep the seals need to be replaced... but sorry you are out of the 12,000 warranty. A repair of this type should last much longer. When I called them originally they said oh no worries timing belt is warranted for 90,000. That was just a ploy to get me into the service bay again. Once they had the car then "Oh the belt is warranted for 90,000, but not the seals themselves". I tried talking to service manager (no help) left message for Dealer Manager but he just passed me off to some underling. DO NOT USE their service department. Dishonest and Unreliable work More
I like their service department! It always seems like you see the same faces when you come in. They always do an inspection even when I’m just getting an oil change.
