I have always had Renton Honda service my 2004 Honda Accord. I purchased the car from your Dealership when you were located on corner of Grady Way & Rainier, 17 years ago. I waited for my service which Accord. I purchased the car from your Dealership when you were located on corner of Grady Way & Rainier, 17 years ago. I waited for my service which took about 1/2 hour for a LOF change at that time. I waited 3 hours on 10-19-21 with the addition of having my Anti Freeze flushed and replaced with new. I realize we are in difficult times, with Covid and all but I am 84 and cannot sit there for 3 hours. Is there anyway just a plain oil change can be expedited? More
As usual the LOF was superb. The car wash could have been a bit better. The window on the passenger front side was not rinsed. It is all streaked. However I would like to compliment a salesman named Mike. He sits next to Kim. I spotted a used car in the showroom and Mike was very informed about it. I wanted to see what the trade in would be on my car. I carfax came back that my car had structural damage from an accident (t-Boned) when it was just a year old. I was upset and closed the conversation with Mike very abruptly. I want to apologize and let Mike know how much I appreciated all his work. He is an excellent salesman in my book. ` More
