My car just needed a battery replacement, which was thankfully under warrantee. However, Aaron went the extra step for me when it was taking too long to get a rental car and he ordered a Lyft for me fr thankfully under warrantee. However, Aaron went the extra step for me when it was taking too long to get a rental car and he ordered a Lyft for me free of charge. He even contacted Lyft immediately when he found out I accidentally left my cell phone in the back of the ride. He also turned down my financial thanks. Overall, excellent customer care. I purchased my car at that dealership in 2009 and they've always taken good care of me. More
First time coming to Renton Honda for service as I have owned Honda's for a long time and have had them serviced at different locations. I have never had to wait over 3 hrs for a simple oil change, with an owned Honda's for a long time and have had them serviced at different locations. Service at this Honda dealership sucks, I booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online. Got a confirmation sent to me, but when I got there , they claimed there wasn’t an appointmen appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online. Got a confirmation sent to me, but when I got there , they claimed there wasn’t an appointment. The next time I called and made an appointment, as like the previous time, they didn’t have my appointment, and said I would have to wait 4 hours if I wanted it done. The only reason I decided to go to Renton Honda, was because it’s close to where I work. I decided to just change my oil and rotate my tires myself. More

Front Desk Guys Are Great, Garage Guys Not So Much They say all the right things at the front desk, obviously they've received extensive training in how to manage the emotions of customers. But I took my car in for minor maintenance plus a problem with a tire pressure indicator. 'No problem,' they said, '2-3 hours tops.' They had the car all day, and when they finally gave it back to me, they'd run the diagnostic for the tire pressure indicator, knew what the problem was, but gave the car back to me without fixing it, telling me to bring the car back when the light came back on. Which it did before I even got it home. A day of my life I'll never get back for a 2-3 hour job. And they want me to go back there? 2 visits for a 2-3 hour job? Obviously, I can't believe anything they tell me anymore. A terrible experience, and I'm glad there are other Honda dealerships in the area. More
