As usual the LOF was superb. The car wash could have been a bit better. The window on the passenger front side was not rinsed. It is all streaked. I wanted to see what the trade in would be on my car. I carfax came back that my car had structural damage from an accident (t-Boned) when it was just a year old. I was upset and closed the conversation with Mike very abruptly. I want to apologize and let Mike know how much I appreciated all his work. He is an excellent salesman in my book. ` More
