I don't trust anyone with my car but Renton Honda. The people here are all amazing especially Anthony Duong, Aaron Ross and Bill Ackerman. I know nothing about cars.. I always have a great experience when I have service at Honda. In particular William Ackerman whom I have had service my cars for over 20 years. Such professionalism! I come back over and over again due to Honda. In particular William Ackerman whom I have had service my cars for over 20 years. Such professionalism! I come back over and over again due to his service at Renton Honda. Honda use to wash cars after every service with no question. They do not now. Every time I go for service, I do not get my car washed. Would like to see that come back. More

Brought my 2021 CRV in when maintenance notification light popped up. You can make an on-line appointment, but I call Bill Ackerman directly, who is a long-time service advisor. This is my 4th Honda vehicle from this location so I saw advisors come & go. I've gone to Bill when I've had issues in the past & I trust his advice & judgement. He's pleasant, very customer oriented & the BEST advisor! More
