Every time I have gone to this location, they sales people are trying to find means to make me pay more for things that do not need to be done. This time around they broke the thread of the oil pan and people are trying to find means to make me pay more for things that do not need to be done. This time around they broke the thread of the oil pan and then charged me $259 dollars to fix this problem. I have owned vehicles for the last 40 years and this is the first time that the oil pan thread gave up. Full record of what repairs I had completed is available on their computers and yet they try to keep upselling me the same things. Very poor service and only interested in xxxxxxx cash out of their clients. I will now find another dealer who will be honest in their dealings. Auto nation Honda is not where i will take my business anymore. More

I was emailed an offer for a full synthetic oil change at $44.99. I came in and Nate Tuttle would not honor the offer. Instead, I got a $370 bill for a blend and with many add ons that I did not ask for. Whe $44.99. I came in and Nate Tuttle would not honor the offer. Extremely shady and dishonest. I definitely felt bated and switched. You should be ashamed of your selves. It's no wonder people feel ripped off by dealers. I bought my car from you new. This was the first time I brought the car to you for servicing. I left with a really bad feeling about your organization and will never be back to give you my business. I think my next car will be a Toyota. More
