Will never go back renton Honda again. Brought extended warranty is about to expired end of the month. I brought my vehicle in for repair of my passenger slide door at first they told me Brought extended warranty is about to expired end of the month. I brought my vehicle in for repair of my passenger slide door at first they told me if is Honda issue then it will fix it with 100 dollar deposit which is fine with a car wash after 3 hours later they call me telling me the technician didn’t find any issue with it even thou I show them a recorded video when the car wasn’t closed correctly. They said is intermittent and also it doesn’t cover under extended warranty. Extended warranty only cover engine or power transmission only. If that is the case why not tell me up front when I setup appointment. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. especially it took me almost a month for them to call back to check if my extended warranty is still valid after I have to complaints to general manager about not responding to my calls. More

Service advisor gave more attention to my boyfriend rather than me, and it was my vehicle that I brought in and was being serviced. It could have been taken care of while it was in the shop. My service advisor highlighted his number on his card. Every time I called, it went to voice mail, some calls were unreturned. More
