Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the service department unless you managed to save the contact info for a service advisor. Aside from dealing with the scheduling team in India, which is not bad department unless you managed to save the contact info for a service advisor. Oil change service with Nathaniel service staff. I set up on the phone, he no longer works there..such a disappointment ! He really helped me learn more about my Honda Pilot 2010.
