I’m a girl so coming in to get my car serviced is always nerve wrecking. The two associates were so helpful in having me actually LEARN about what is wrong with my car. They also went above and beyond and l nerve wrecking. The two associates were so helpful in having me actually LEARN about what is wrong with my car. The in store customer service is great. Scheduling for an oil change over the phone was terrible. All 3 times I've called the women have been very short and rude. After 2 months of waiting to get my car back at another mechanic. This mechanic the Honda auto center in Renton took my car in and in less then 2 days had it ready. Jordan the guy handling my paperwork and car was very helpful called me the instant my car was dropped and started working on paperwork so it would get fixed ASAP, he also updated me on the process and gave me an estimate of how long it was gonna be there at first it was 3-5 days but they had it ready in 2 . Amazing job couldn’t be more pleased. thank you guys so much !!! More
