I bought a 2010 Honda Fit (Base) from Renton Honda in February. The dealership was clean and well ordered. The sales people, financial people, and managers were friendly, helpful, and low pressure. The process took longer than we thought it should though. We gave a single offer on a yes or no basis. But, instead of yes or no, the "manager" had to go to someone higher to accept or reject our offer and he kept coming back with counter offers. We were left by ourselves for quite a bit each time. They did not accept our offer and we were on our way out of the dealership, within a few feet of going out the door when we were stopped and finally given a "yes" on our original offer. I traded in my old car as part of the deal and was given a fair price for it. The aftermarket services and extra's were fully explained, but with low pressure and an acceptance of "no thank you" as final. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot at the time of the sale and no one we talked to could tell us when it would be delivered. Estimates varied according to who and when you asked that question. The answer was usually "tomorrow". Several phone calls during the succeeding week finally brought forth the fact that it was in customs in Portland, Oregon. We believe they knew this at the time of the sale. Eventually, the vehicle was delivered the next Friday. We live on the West side of Puget Sound and had it delivered rather than going to pick it up. The delivery was provided for free and it was exactly on time. Even after the long drive, it was clean and had a full tank of gas. Even though there were some minor problems, I would reccommend a visit to this Dealer if you are in the market for a new Honda. More
I came in to buy a used Honda Civic and was pleasantly surprised with results. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn't looking to spend anymore the $7000 and they were able to sell me a used Civic surprised with results. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn't looking to spend anymore the $7000 and they were able to sell me a used Civic for $6200. I didn't spend all day doing the deal either we worked out a deal in a quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an affordable Honda, new or used. More

Took my Ford in for a trade-in quote. The salesman refused to give me a figure until I told him what kind of car I wanted to buy. The sales manager tries the "we're all friends here, no need to be difficult" crap....No need to be difficult? What world do these clowns live in? Anyway, it was clear they were not going to offer a trade-in quote so I asked for my Ford back. It took 15 minutes for them to deliver my car back to sales entrance, all the while the sales manager is arguing with me that my trade-in and purchase are one deal. No, I told him, they are actually two deals. We negotiate a trade-in price (one deal) and then we negotiate the purchase price on the new car (second deal). Of course he didn't like that and didn't try to hide the fact. So I ended up out in Puyallup where I was given a trade-in quote that I liked, and ended up driving home in a new Si. Go figure. More
I went in knowing what I wanted. I didn't need to test drive one, I had already did that. Sales person says he has the car I want in stock on his inventory list. So I make the deal sign all the paper work and he says he can't find the car on the lot, keeps showing me some paper that he says shows they have one, even draging me all around the lot to find it. It's late and I have to leave, so he says he'll have the car ready the next day. The next day I go there, no car. No explaination of where it is. I press him to check since he wasn't offering to. Comes back and says the car is in Minn. and will be here in a week! He gives me a deliverly date of when the car is to be there. That date comes and no car! and extends that delivery date back 4 more days and can't understand why I'm getting upset at this point. I feel I've been lied to from the very begining to make a sale. I feel this sales tactic is highly dishonest and unethical. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSSINESS! More
