My family has been in the market for about a month or two to replace our old mini-van. My 2 boys (14 & 11) kept asking to go with my wife and myself to purchase our new van. Jeff Julien's timing was spot on. Unlike almost all other dealerships we were not attacked upon entry of the dealership. Nor were we simply ignored. My family felt like we were allowed the right amount of time to look at the vehicle that we were interested in. Jeff was incredibly polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff is an exceptional example of what a car salesman should be like. The process of purchasing a used car can be nerve wracking but the staff at Renton Honda gave me an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process was very easy and painless. I received a fair trade in price for my vehicle and I know they worked hard to find me the best interest rate for financing. I felt no pressure at any point to make a decision and their entire team was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuine. Steve Lorenzo was great to work with and did a good job negotiating a deal that I was pleased with on purchasing a used fully loaded 2005 Ford F150 Lariat. Steve had a very low pressure approach...I hate negotiating a deal that I was pleased with on purchasing a used fully loaded 2005 Ford F150 Lariat. Steve had a very low pressure approach...I hate the hard core sales type, so this was a pleasant surprise. They took very good care to detail and clean the truck and I felt very good about their 100 point inspection and checklist policy. They also have a very solid 5 day return policy if there was any dissatisfaction with the vehicle. Their pricing was very transparent and no surprises during the finance stage with Josh, who was also very friendly. I ended up going with a 3 year extended warranty as he was able to give me a good deal on that as well. The truck ended up having a couple of issues after driving it over the weekend. Upon bringing it back, Jim Tucker took great care of me and they performed all the extra work on the vehicle that was needed. To be honest, I was considering just bringing back the truck and continuing my search, but Jim really went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the vehicle. After such a great experience with everyone I worked with at Renton Honda, I'll be sure to refer friends and would recommend them to anyone. They're not just Honda dealers...they also have a wide selection of solid used vehicles and their customer service is outstanding. More

Second time to buy a Honda at Renton...great customer service and no pressure to buy. Stanley was great and easy to work with, programmed the CR-V to my specifications and walked me through using the var service and no pressure to buy. When I got back, Stanley walked me through the paperwork and had Josh complete the financial paperwork. Josh explained the various forms and options and was easy to work with.
