Arrived a bit early amd got me checked in immediately. Started working on my vehicle before my scheduled appointment time. Given a 3 hour estimate and was kept up to date on progress. The dealership, overall, is well organized, and the staff is friendly. The service department was not as organized. I was never greeted by a service representative until I just walked up to someone and they is friendly. The service department was not as organized. Other representatives were away from their desk and unavailable to help with getting my car checked in. Once I was finally checked in, it was a seamless experience. More

I had the opportunity to work with Ty while shopping for a new car. I came into the shop feeling relatively certain I wanted a Honda CR-V. She asked me about what was important in a car, then fully reviewed a new car. I came into the shop feeling relatively certain I wanted a Honda CR-V. She asked me about what was important in a car, then fully reviewed the CR-V to ensure it met my needs. Ty educated me on all the dealership accessories and helped me decide what I wanted to add to my car. I went into this process prepared for an aggressive sales style, but instead was met with compassion, kindness and incredible guidance.
