I was interested in a blue Honda Civic, and it was brought out to look at within ten minutes of our arrival. Our sales person, Paulo, took quite a while explaining all the wonderful features of this beautiful car. Bottom of the line (supposedly), it is lovely to look at, extremely comfortable, very responsive, easy to handle and very fun to drive. I came in the previous day for a test ride, then brought back my trade over the weekend and was offered to drive the Mercedes to my home to show my wife. They were very honest and answered all of my questions before I purchased. The sales manager gave me a list of all the service they did to the car when they got it, including a small dent repair. That was very honest and certainly helped me trust Renton Honda. I had one small issue with a switch about a month after I bought it. I called my sales guy Michael and Renton Honda had me in and resolved it immediately without any cost to me. Great car, but beyond that a great sales experience and follow up. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them for any major service I needed on the vehicle. More
