So originally I was going to.give this dealership a negative review. The salesman who contacted me over the phone seemed very nice but the one at the dealership was pretty high pressure and seemed a li negative review. The salesman who contacted me over the phone seemed very nice but the one at the dealership was pretty high pressure and seemed a little bit condescending after I told him I was going to Portland to.check out.a used car which would save me money. However he was very knowledgeable and wasn't insulting. I think he just really wanted to close a sale that wasn't gonna work. I hope he takes this as a learning experience because I think he could be a great salesman if he just tones it down a bit. Anyway the best part about this was the way the dealership responded to the problem. Everyone makes mistakes (including myself) and what shows true character is how you deal with it. I was contacted by Keith who listened to me rant for a little while and really cared about what I had to say. He said if I ever have trouble with my new car that I bought in Portland that he would hook me up. This wasn't a great beginning but it was a great ending. The CRV has everything (and more) that we need, drives really smooth and gets pretty good gas mileage. Josh and Nate were both very friendly and attentive to us when we made our purchase. I have contacted both of them since our purchase and they continue to be attentive and helpful despite the fact that the sale is long completed and they already have our money. I also have been in contact with Josh Trichak in the service department about something that ended up being a non-issue, and he was great, too. The next time I have a friend or family member who is looking for a new vehicle, I will (without reservation) direct them to Renton Honda. More
