They were very honest and answered all of my questions before I purchased. The sales manager gave me a list of all the service they did to the car when they got it, including a small dent repair. That was very honest and certainly helped me trust Renton Honda. I had one small issue with a switch about a month after I bought it. I called my sales guy Michael and Renton Honda had me in and resolved it immediately without any cost to me. Great car, but beyond that a great sales experience and follow up. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them for any major service I needed on the vehicle. More

The service was amazing! Like I said my son and I felt like family. I am definitely come back for my son's car. Duane Stamper, Josh Graham, and Carlos Silva went above and beyond in making us smile.Thank you guys for making it happen! Should do your homework, before visiting this store I think there is a problem with the sales model. You give the best deals and competitive pricing for customers coming through internet sales. (I believe u will have to give commission to 3rd party internet sales channels like truecar.com ). But, the experience for walk-ins is not good. (In this case u don't have to pay commission to any one else and still the price is higher!). I came through internet sales department, after being contacted quiet a few times. But, I think direct sales department took over, I was shown cars only with dealer installed accessories, and was quoted only the MSRP. That left me guessing that should the fair market value be. I had to get into haggling and bargaining mode to get some discount, but when I got back home, I found my price to be still higher that the price advertised on the internet (on Renton Honda website). I also found that the one of the dealer installed accessories (window tint) mentioned while making the sales deal was missing. Also, I was charged additional ~ $600 for data dots, which was never explained to me. When I signed on the data-dots form , I was not told that it's optional , I was not explained the technology and I was not told that I will be charged $600 above what was mentioned in the sales deal. I had to go back and fight. Finally I was offered 0.5 % off on my existing financing, and a free window tint. But, I still think that it would have been much better had I come through 3rd party websites, or if I had requested quotes from different Honda Stores and then gone for the cheapest one. I didn't do it, because doing the looked cheap to me. I think, you should fix the price gap between the internet pricing and the sticker price on the in-store display. More
Best car buying experience ever ! I've been buying/leasing new cars for myself and my relatives/friends several times already and every time it was a pretty long and annoying process. I've been buying/leasing new cars for myself and my relatives/friends several times already and every time it was a pretty long and annoying process. Every time all dealers wanted me to come in before even starting to discuss any numbers or anything, which really bugged me a lot. Before dealing with Renton Honda I visited few other Honda/Toyota/Mazda dealers, plus I just bought brand new Mazda for my wife in November 2013, so I have something to compare with. These are the things I found very appealing to meat Renton Honda, that none of other dealers have: 1. Their prices are the lowest across all Honda dealers in WA. And I really did my extensive research prior to that. 2. I was able to discuss prices/models/features/etc with their internet sales person (Thomas) which I never was able to do before. Plus he helped me to find cash incentive that brought the price of my car even lower. 3. There were absolutely no hidden costs or additions that were not discussed prior to coming to the dealership. 4. Their sales floor sales guy (Nhat) was really nice and helpful 5. Sales manager was able to work with me on the price of additional features that were on the car, unlike managers at other dealerships who was saying only "that's the best I can do", when I knew they could do better (they just didn't want to). 6. The whole process was faster than I could even imagine. I came in around 3 and left with my new car around 5:30. Just get in and get it done. So, as a result I got: 1. Brand new car at amazing price that no other dealer could even get close to 2. Fastest process time in my history of buying cars from dealers 3. Best service that a dealer could ever provide 4. Absolutely no hassle from the moment I sent email to dealership, till the moment I took off in my new car Experiences like that make me want to recommend these guys to my friends and it's no brainer that I'll be coming back there next time I'll be buying a car for myself or relatives.
