Hello Honda of Renton, The number listed above is a generic number for the dealership, and not a direct line that I could leave a voicemail for the GM. I called the number above in an attempt to leave a voicemail for the GM, however there was no response when I selected “operator” in hopes of being transferred to the GM’s extension. The dealership has our contact information, and I would personally like to follow up with the GM regarding our experience, and interaction with Samantha Lemmons. Additionally, the vehicle was purchased on 4/13, today is 4/16, and we have not received the finalized loan terms or copies of those documents from the dealership. For some reason, the printer was not printing all the documents when we finalized the purchase on 4/13 with Raj. We contacted Nhat on 4/15, and are awaiting a response.
