Horrible experience I purchased a pre-owned car from them 2 months ago, and they STILL have NOT sent paperwork to the DMV for registration and plates. I am on my second and final temporary permit, which expires next week, so I am screwed. I've called the GM repeatedly, and he never answers nor returns phone calls. The Finance Manager will not return calls either, and has told me previously that everything was sent...which is clearly not true. AVOID THIS PLACE. More
Front Desk Guys Are Great, Garage Guys Not So Much They say all the right things at the front desk, obviously they've received extensive training in how to manage the emotions of customers. But I took my car in for minor maintenance plus a problem with a tire pressure indicator. 'No problem,' they said, '2-3 hours tops.' They had the car all day, and when they finally gave it back to me, they'd run the diagnostic for the tire pressure indicator, knew what the problem was, but gave the car back to me without fixing it, telling me to bring the car back when the light came back on. Which it did before I even got it home. A day of my life I'll never get back for a 2-3 hour job. And they want me to go back there? 2 visits for a 2-3 hour job? Obviously, I can't believe anything they tell me anymore. A terrible experience, and I'm glad there are other Honda dealerships in the area. More
Terrible experience with manager We went to Honda Renton to inquiry for trade-in options for our vehicle. Basically, we wanted to trade our older car for newer (same type). It took some time till someone was assigned to help us. The guy tool around 1 hour to appraise our car and give us an estimate for the trade-in deal. The numbers didn't look promising and eventually that sales representative engaged his manager to talk to us. Manager that came in was terrible. He was very aggressive to me, tried to make me look fool with his language and mimics. He tried to explain obvious things to me in a way that I will feel stupid. It was terrible experience and we decided not to do business with such a person - regardless of the deal they could offer us. I feel that such behavior from any representative is totally unacceptable, is disgraceful to the dealership and should be kicked out (along with people who behave like this) with no exceptions. People should respect each other. This is always true but even more when it's customer-dealership relationship. More

Pablo Orejuela And Solid Service Pablo was great today, not just because we did a deal but because he took a ton of time to patiently walk thru the car's every detail. He did it with a calm, helpful patience and non-sales approach, zero expectations. Then he got back to us fast on every detail, made a fair deal, and was professional, courteous, and kind. Also, I really appreciated the simple packet Pablo gave us as we left to consider other cars. The folder had tons of info, from Carfax to repair records, to the inspection report from Renton Honda. It wasn't a sales ploy, just info to help us make a decision. We did decide on the car Pablo showed us, an 07 CR-V. He made it easy and pleasant. More

After waiting for 2.5 hours what the recall notice said woul Scheduled an appointment to have a air bag inflator replaced under a Honda safety recall. After waiting for 2.5 hours what the recall notice said would take 48 minutes to complete, we went walking around and noticed our car hadened even been started. After asking the service rep why nothing had been started he said it would take 4 hours for the passenger airbag inflator to be replaced. We then asked to cancel the appointment. He then told us that the car was in the shop and it would be done in 20 minutes. So the work actually took 20 minutes, but even with an appointment it took 3 hours. This shop is too busy making people wait for 3 hours for a 20 minute job. All appointments will take at least 3 hours even if they only work on your car for 20 minutes. More
