Everyone I interacted with was nice and respectful throughout the process. I appreciated how personable and friendly Jeff was. That said, they did throw nearly every trick in the book at me. I was prepared and even brought work to do while they did the back and forth. The worst was inflating money factor on my lease to 9% APR when it should be 5.4% APR. In the end, I got the trade-in allowance and lease pricing I was looking for. I would recommend Jeff and his colleagues at AutoNation for anyone who understands how car sales work. Edmunds.com, Leasehackr.com, and r/askcarsales are great places to learn the nuances and get reference data points for your next purchase. More

I decided to buy a CR-V and made my mind to sign here. I was asking about a little more discount before I was about to sign, and I was comparing competitive models like CX-5 as an example. The dealer just changed his face to very frustrated and said 'Go get it!! Go get that CX-5! Why did you come to buy a car you don't like?' and scoffed. What could I do? I just walked out and bought a CX-5 as the dealer says. Some of my colleagues also have a bad experience in the service department here. There is a reasonable reason why this dealership has very little stars than other Honda dealers nearby. It seems like they are managing google map reviews, so it has currently 4.2 stars. However, it is still lower than other Honda dealers which mostly have 4.4. More

Service at this Honda dealership sucks, I booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online. Got a confirmation sent to me, but when I got there , they claimed there wasn’t an appointmen appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online. The next time I called and made an appointment, as like the previous time, they didn’t have my appointment, and said I would have to wait 4 hours if I wanted it done. The only reason I decided to go to Renton Honda, was because it’s close to where I work. I decided to just change my oil and rotate my tires myself. More

Do not buy here 3 reasons to not buy a vehicle from AutoNation Honda. 1) Their price was $1k higher than Honda Bellevue 2) They sold my information to a third part 3 reasons to not buy a vehicle from AutoNation Honda. 1) Their price was $1k higher than Honda Bellevue 2) They sold my information to a third party that has been calling me nonstop to sell me an extended warranty when I already bought an extended warranty from AutoNation 3) They ran my credit through 13 different banks to try and get my loan. I only asked about 2 banks. This negatively affected my credit. More

Bottom line is the 2nd and fina Well, what I thought was a successful sale has been a fiasco of getting a used 2014 FJ cruiser street legal in Oregon. Bottom line is the 2nd and final temp registration ran out this late last week. I have no clue to know if they sent in the paperwork. The FJ is sitting on my driveway. I'm considering risking tickets and driving up to Renton to stage a protest by parking in front of their doorway to get attention. Bottom line.. do your homework on out of state DMV requirements and don't leave it to AN to run with the ball. More
