I was very pleased with their One Price policy which includes not only the price of the new purchase but also of the trade in. Everybody was helpful and there was no salesman pressure. When I refused ex includes not only the price of the new purchase but also of the trade in. Everybody was helpful and there was no salesman pressure. When I refused extended insurance, we moved on without argument. For the same price I bought a seven year old “like new” car with half the mileage of comparables that I saw on the web and my family was surprised at the high price I got for my Honda Fit trade-in. I am very happy with the car and the dealership. More

One of the quickest experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Linda was very pleasant to work with and finance was a breeze. Beautiful facility and I’m loving the Tesla! Thanks again! vehicle. Called to reserve a test drive. Showed up on-time and test drove the car. In the time it took me to test drive the car, another sales associate sold the car to a different party. They offered to sell me a newer model of the same vehicle at a slightly discounted rate, which I also agreed to. After another half hour of waiting, they told me that they couldn't honor the deal that they structured. Their sales team is extremely disorganized and I would not recommend them to anyone. In addition to the amount of my time that was wasted at the dealership, I had spent an hour pre-researching Carfax reports on a vehicle that got sold from underneath me. Absolutely horrible. More
If you buy a used car from this dealership, it's incredibly important that you have it inspected by an independent shop immediately. The 120 point "inspection" that they perform is apparently a toke incredibly important that you have it inspected by an independent shop immediately. The 120 point "inspection" that they perform is apparently a token look at the tires. The car I bought has multiple small faults that should have been found in any cursory inspection, but worse than that, the oil filter was literally pouring oil out into the environment. To the credit of the service department, they worked hard to resolve the issue, but that kind of issue should never have come up in the first place. As it is, it's ruined my relationship with the car as I'll never be able to trust it. This is a new car dealership and as a well trained consumer, I expect to get quality vehicles from a new car store. This time, I'm disappointed. However, I am impressed with the service department and with the clerical staff who are far more responsive than the management team. More
My wife and I were looking for a Honda Odyssey to replace one that had been totaled in an accident. I found one online through AutoNation Honda of Renton's website that looked perfect. Later that day (abou one that had been totaled in an accident. I found one online through AutoNation Honda of Renton's website that looked perfect. Later that day (about 3 or 4 hours later), I went to the dealership to take a look at the vehicle. The salesperson was courteous, and he showed me the car which was in pristine condition. I test drove it, and it drove perfectly. So, I told the salesperson that I wanted to buy it. The salesperson said great, and we began filling out the paperwork to purchase the car. My wife and I were thrilled. As we were working out payment, and I was getting approvals through my bank, my salesperson assured me that everything was good. There was a small disagreement when the salesperson tried to convince me that I should also be paying $1,000 more on the purchase price to cover some extra work that they had done on the car. I said no, because that was not the price that we had agreed to. The salesperson said ok, and we continued on with the paperwork. Then after about an hour, everything was quiet. And then the salesperson came by and dropped the bomb. Apparently, the Dealership had already "committed" to selling the vehicle to someone else earlier in the evening. Now, that other person had not paid for the vehicle, and they also had not picked it up. However, that person said they would come by the next morning to pay for it and pick it up. What???? My wife and I were completely stunned. At that point, after profuse apologies from the salesperson, my wife and I left the dealership very disappointed. I have never ever had this type of experience when buying a car. I can only assume that the other buyer had offered to pay $1,000 more for the vehicle, and the dealership decided that that was the better offer for them. Based on my experience, I will not be coming back to this store to buy a vehicle. More
