I don't trust anyone with my car but Renton Honda. The people here are all amazing especially Anthony Duong, Aaron Ross and Bill Ackerman. I know nothing about cars.. The guys here are very knowledgeable people here are all amazing especially Anthony Duong, Aaron Ross and Bill Ackerman. I know nothing about cars.. The guys here are very knowledgeable and I've been bringing my car here for 10 years now. The facility is well kept and up to my standard. The waiting area is always clean. I always have a great experience when I have service at Honda. In particular William Ackerman whom I have had service my cars for over 20 years. Such professionalism! I come back over and over again due to Honda. In particular William Ackerman whom I have had service my cars for over 20 years. Such professionalism! I come back over and over again due to his service at Renton Honda. Honda use to wash cars after every service with no question. They do not now. Every time I go for service, I do not get my car washed. Would like to see that come back. More

Brought my 2021 CRV in when maintenance notification light popped up. You can make an on-line appointment, but I call Bill Ackerman directly, who is a long-time service advisor. This is my 4th Honda veh light popped up. You can make an on-line appointment, but I call Bill Ackerman directly, who is a long-time service advisor. This is my 4th Honda vehicle from this location so I saw advisors come & go. I've gone to Bill when I've had issues in the past & I trust his advice & judgement. He's pleasant, very customer oriented & the BEST advisor! More
