Brought my 2021 CRV in when maintenance notification light popped up. You can make an on-line appointment, but I call Bill Ackerman directly, who is a long-time service advisor. This is my 4th Honda veh light popped up. You can make an on-line appointment, but I call Bill Ackerman directly, who is a long-time service advisor. This is my 4th Honda vehicle from this location so I saw advisors come & go. I've gone to Bill when I've had issues in the past & I trust his advice & judgement. The whole process went smooth. I went and reviewed the car earlier and reserved it. Came back on Christmas eve and had everything wrapped up in about 2 hrs.
