I was initially put off by the offer they gave me, There were a TON of markups including 4 different protection plans I didn't need and various accessories I didn't ask for. At first, I was given the run ar were a TON of markups including 4 different protection plans I didn't need and various accessories I didn't ask for. At first, I was given the run around about all of these things being pre-installed, part of the package, etc. I get that a dealership's end goal is to maximize profit, but come on... However, I was pleasantly surprised by their willingness to negotiate. After about 4 hours and multiple rounds of negotiations, I signed a lease that was $80/mo lower than their initial offer. While I certainly would have appreciated more transparency on their end and less hassle, the folks at AutoNation were very amicable, friendly, professional. Just come in with a full stomach and a ton of stamina because you may need the energy to get to a deal you feel comfortable with. More

I always take my vehicle there for servicing and had to wait 3 hours. I was told an hour and half was the wait time. No one checked in with me to say they were running behind. I had to miss my appointment due to this and am not happy with the service I got this time around. Need more skilled people with good customer service in this place. I had to go up and ask about my vehicle after 2 hours of waiting and was told that they are wrapping up and after waiting another hour and 15 minutes my car was ready. I had asked for them to wash my car but that was not done. My car was parked far away from the service area and check engine light was on. I don’t know if they even did anything to the car as far as serving goes. Very disappointed customer. More

I took my CRV for 60k miles service. The adviser when i took it in is nice and helpful. I dropped it off and the service was fast, i think they call me to pick it up after two hours. The next day i notice a different sound on my fan (like a loud motor sound not a fan sound) when i set it on high which i always do when i turn my heater on. I went back to the service center that very day, i ask if they can look at it. My adviser the day before wasnt there at that time, so i ask a someone else to help me. The guy was not helpful, he told me theres nothing wrong, he was rude and at first it looks like he dont even want to get up on his chair because i want to show him what i am talking about. I really want them to just check with the mechanic who did my car service and check whats going on. He did not help me, he turn me aways saying he dont think it needs to be checked and its normal. I have been driving my car marks for 5 years today. That loud annoying sound was new when i took my car back from the service. It would be nice if he just help me and maybe checked whats going on. But instead he give me the “i know everything” attitude. More
