Honda did a great job of replacing my damaged ignition and doing some other repairs in my 2005 CRV, and service reception was efficient and polite. However!!! Honda call center is a serious problem!! When my car was vandalized and not operable, I was concerned and trying to determine what needed to be done. I called four (4) times asking to speak with someone in the service department and was told each time that no one was available but that I could leave a message to have a service technician call me. They even promised they would mark my request as ‘priority,’ but I never received a call back. I also sent an email to the service department that received no response. Luckily, someone was able to dislodge a piece of what had been jammed into the ignition to make the car operable and I was able to drive it. When I - again and for the fifth time - called Honda then the call center person happily made a service appointment for me. Is that the sole purpose of your call center??? Just to make appointments but never refer a call??? My service advisor was Andrew Santana who was fine, but when I called his direct line the day after I picked up the car to ask a question I left him a voicemail and have still not received a return call. There is definitely a huge communication problem at Honda. I want to keep bringing my car for service but that becomes a problem when it!s impossible to get a simple call back!! More

Came from LA to get the car that was reserved 3 weeks in advanced to be ready and when we arrived , nothing was done as mentioned on paper , no oil change was done , brake fluid was not flushed , tires were not replaced . ook an extra 4 hours to get things done . Make sure to bring all your papers with you , they do not print everything and show you only what they want . If I did not know what I came for , My GF would have been screwed big time . The sales person Nhat , was nice over all but not that professional as he did not prepare the car to where it was supposed to be . Poor service and homestly I would not trust this place . You need to check everything to the dot . It was very stressful and made us miss our planned road trip . we exchanged many emails and text to make sure that the car was fully ready but not , it was like if it came out from the lot . Sad so go to a " trusty Autonation " but in fac you do not get anything better that a small dealer !!!. No haggle , no price discount what ever , but no service or trust . You need to train you staff and make sure that all is ready when customer pay cars cash More

Went to the dealership with a fair idea of specs and budget I wanted in a used car. Greeted right away by the friendly manager who helped me and was showed a couple options. Also was showed a couple ext budget I wanted in a used car. Greeted right away by the friendly manager who helped me and was showed a couple options. Also was showed a couple extra options I might like including new cars but did not feel pressured into any and even was told about nearby dealerships that “probably had” models I had on my list if this dealership didn’t have it. Was allowed to test drive a couple cars the same day without dealership staff and they allowed us ample time to make our decisions while still taking care of us. We did decide to buy without visiting other places and the process to eventually buy the car the same day was as easy as it could have been! More
