AutoNation Honda of Renton, I've been bringing my Civic to this dealership for decades and for the most part the service I've receive has been great. My most recent visit I met Maxwell, Service Advisor who covered the problems with my car and what was needed to repair it. After some discussions with Max I opted not have the repair done, Max put me in touch with Ty one of the Salespeople there at AutoNation and she was great explaining the intricacies of the sales process when purchasing a used or new car, what I liked most about her was the fact that there was no pressure to buy and she showed me several vehicles. If I decide to purchase my next vehicle from AutoNation it will definitely be from Ty! Max and Ty were great to work with! More
Sales associate was helpful, friendly and prompt. Our dealings with him were very good. The service department was inspecting and replacing a part that was broken. They had the vehicle for 6 days to replace a broken part, didn't communicate in a timely manner, and didn't follow through even though the sales department told us to take the vehicle into the service department. There was no reason for them to have the vehicle in their possession for 6 days waiting for a part. By this time, our 5 day return policy was over and we never even got to check out the vehicle and drive it. Since then, we have discovered other things are broken on it that were not noted on their inspection paperwork. One item was fine on our test drive and then was broken after we picked. Then after the service department worked on the mirror, now one window doesn't even roll down on that side. Very disappointed that we paid an inflated price for a well used vehicle with high miles, body damage, as well as electrical issues that were not disclosed or discovered until after we finally got the vehicle in our possession. I was taken care of by Aaron and the rest of the members of the service department. I went in to have glue removed from the dash and a new key made for the car I had just bought on Tuesday. Ray M. the one who sold me the car informed me last min. that he could not get me the spare key that he like he promised he would numerous times. Aaron in the service department was able to get me my key for free and make sure I was out on time so I could get to work on time. More
We bought our vehicle from this dealership in Jan 2021. We TRY to use the dealership service department for routine maintenance but we have never had such a horrible experience directly from an auto dealer We TRY to use the dealership service department for routine maintenance but we have never had such a horrible experience directly from an auto dealership! They apparently do not offer loaner vehicles AT ALL. We drive in from Enumclaw... which sometimes takes up to an hour. They offer Lyft rides, which cost them $70+ to send us home (one way). They then asked us to secure our own ride back.... so my husband arranged an appointment and explained the situation. he was promised a rental vehicle (this costs the dealer approx $55). He arrives to the appointment promptly at 7:30am, only to be told that Enterprise has no available vehicles. This is a huge letdown. You'd expect buying a brand new vehicle from a reputable brand like Honda, they'd do more to ensure customer satisfaction. I've always associated taking vehicles to the dealership for maintenance as a "luxury" option. Apparently good ol JiffyLube does it better than Renton Honda. Save yourself the time and money and avoid the Service Department More

Nate, the service advisor was amazing! ! I brought my car for an oil change but he was also kind enough to take a look at my windshield wipers for me. Whatever it was, he fixed the problem ! Very knowledgeable and professional. Not only that but he was also very friendly and talkative. I love coming to Autonation Honda Rention. Everyone here is amazing. I’ve been serving my car here for lord knows how long… Every advisor I’ve encountered has been amazing! Highly recommend this place to service your vehicle. More
