I found out that my mom bought a car here so I gave it a shot. Initially I was disappointed because the car that I was looking at wasn’t even there even though I was told it was. I had paid a lot of money for Uber so I was beyond frustrated . Ms. Angie Larson made sure that I walked out with a car she was so sweet and very helpful to be honest she called me after I got the car and checked on me she was beyond helpful and understanding it wasn’t just about the sale and I loved that. I was in tears and I honestly feel blessed because I’ve been on the car search for so long I was getting discouraged. She did everything she could to make sure I got a car. Brought in my 2017 civic for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor-Andrew told me I had 2 remaining oil changes on my maintenance plan (purchased when I bought this vehicle) which expi rotation. The service advisor-Andrew told me I had 2 remaining oil changes on my maintenance plan (purchased when I bought this vehicle) which expires in September 2023. This was good to know because I lost track of this information. The tire rotation was complimentary since the tires were stock originals which came with the car at purchase. I received a text shortly after checking in. The text stated the service would be completed in an hour. It took 2 hours . The service department was very busy this day with both scheduled service appointments and apparent walk ins. Andrew also arranged for a complimentary car wash after the service was completed. The waiting area is big and climate controlled. Lots of space and seating to distance yourself from others. They offer complimentary teas and there is a coffee machine that pumps out various types of gourmet drinks with a simple push of a button. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. More
