The dealership was clean. Several cars were available for us to check out. The detailing of all the cars we looked at left a lot to be desired. Jeff stepped in and was able to direct us to a vehicle that had "just been detailed" and let us take it out of the shop for a test drive. That's the one we purchased. Financing was as fast and easy as I had ever seen it. The car we bought needs a little follow-up care so we'll see how that goes, but initial feelings towards this place is "GOOD JOB". More

Every time I have gone to this location, they sales people are trying to find means to make me pay more for things that do not need to be done. This time around they broke the thread of the oil pan and people are trying to find means to make me pay more for things that do not need to be done. This time around they broke the thread of the oil pan and then charged me $259 dollars to fix this problem. I have owned vehicles for the last 40 years and this is the first time that the oil pan thread gave up. Full record of what repairs I had completed is available on their computers and yet they try to keep upselling me the same things. Very poor service and only interested in xxxxxxx cash out of their clients. I will now find another dealer who will be honest in their dealings. Auto nation Honda is not where i will take my business anymore. More
