It’s a strange place to go to anymore…a car dealership. Buying a vehicle is very expensive and used to be fun. Not anymore. It’s a sellers controlled market with a take it or leave it attitude. The staff is so pared down that the waiting to sign papers was delayed for a day, I had waited for 2 hours and Omar the salesman, got me a temporary plate and I came back the next day, still slow, but got it done. Service advisor gave more attention to my boyfriend rather than me, and it was my vehicle that I brought in and was being serviced. After picking up my vehicle, the "maintenance due soon" light was o rather than me, and it was my vehicle that I brought in and was being serviced. After picking up my vehicle, the "maintenance due soon" light was on. They didn't notice that while servicing my car. Now I gave to bring it back for an oil change. It could have been taken care of while it was in the shop. My service advisor highlighted his number on his card. Every time I called, it went to voice mail, some calls were unreturned. More
