Transparent with the price, friendly service and follow up, etc. The trade in value was a bit lower than I wanted but overall, I'm much happ[ier with my new car and the process was easy. i have a car for oil change it take almost 2 hours and i saw a gentleman sitting in the front desk then i asked him to help me check out and then he said only that gentleman help you that he helping . he c saw a gentleman sitting in the front desk then i asked him to help me check out and then he said only that gentleman help you that he helping . he can’t help , he is just sitting down nothing to do , so he told me that he can’t helping me that is very bad service. i Always bring my car to renton honda oil change I brought my car at renton honda now i don’t know what kind of service so bad . i am sorry to see that kind off service it is totally different than before. It's difficult to have any negotiating power as a buyer. It really felt like I had no choice but to take the options presented to me with my new car purchase. Had to drive back the day after "delivery" just to finish the last installations. Not an ideal experience. More
