Aaron has been my 'go to' person whenever I take my car in for servicing. His is friendly, well informed and keeps me updated on the status of my car. Recently experienced a failure of the "Body Control Mo in for servicing. His is friendly, well informed and keeps me updated on the status of my car. Recently experienced a failure of the "Body Control Module" -- a part that Honda has a backlog demand for--while it was painful being without a car, Aaron made sure I was up to date and set reasonable expectations as to when the car would be ready. He and AutoNation Honda Renton exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for service. (I haven't bought a car from them but would likely do so when I'm next in the market for a new Honda.)
