The service manager that waited on me was very helpful and courteous... I am very picky about using Honda OEM parts when my 2019 CRV is serviced. I scheduled online and they had the option of a loaner car which I chose. I called the night before to confirm there will be a loaner available for me and the person I spoke with confirmed it. I go on t car which I chose. I called the night before to confirm there will be a loaner available for me and the person I spoke with confirmed it. I go on the day of my appointment and find out that they do not have loaners available. This was disappointing as I needed to get back to work. They need to update their website and also provide better training to agents who answers their calls. More
