I got flat tire in my Honda crv hybrid which has no spare & could not drive with it, called Honda Renton representative and she asked me to come to the show room. I drove there and they fixed it within half & could not drive with it, called Honda Renton representative and she asked me to come to the show room. I drove there and they fixed it within half an hour inspecting it. I am so glad that they did it so quick. This is the second time I have been there. I am so thankfull to entire team. Hope to get same service always! More
The Service department is great, however, the sales staff needs more education on how to serve their disabled clientele. They messed up my purchasing experience (paid cash) that I would never buy a car from needs more education on how to serve their disabled clientele. Their management staff is not responsive, when I tried to talked with the General Mgr, she was too busy to talk to me and I left after waited for more than 30 minutes. I will go back for services, but their sales department must step it up. I am writing a letter to the corporate office to share my experiences. (ie. no owners manual upon sale, had to wait for a month to get it; screwed up my registration with the State because they didn't know the process to order a tag; did not provide me with two sets of key fobs, so I had to go back and wait for them to program the key fob, then the service department realized that they had ordered the wrong fob, so I had to go back again to wait....), uggghhh! More
