My original review stated "Good experience overall. They just received the car I was interested in. Felt like I got a fair deal without being pressured at any point. I'd buy here again." My update: Well, about a week after picking up the car, the check engine light came on and I noticed a few other issues with the car that I emailed the General Manager and my Salesperson about to see if they would help or offer suggestions. (I also left vmails for the GM on a different matter.) They've "ghosted" me and haven't responded, which is surprising and disappointing. I've downgraded my rating as a result and would suggest to others to take a used car to an independent shop for a check before completing your purchase which is what I should have done to begin with. More
