I came in for an oil change and Andrew helped me with my service. He let me know it was time for my 100K maintenance and that they would fix a key error under warranty. Twice we dealt with a salesman. Didn't agree on a final price, so we walked alway. Got phone call asking us to return. He "talked to his manager" and worked everything out. Considering the used car market at the time the price was fair, not great but not ripoff either.
