I walked into Renton Honda because I was in need of help. I have purchased two brand new Hondas from here and never have experienced this type of service. I had to leave my car running because I couldn't kee I have purchased two brand new Hondas from here and never have experienced this type of service. I had to leave my car running because I couldn't keep my battery charged enough. I walked in to the service area and not a single person looked at me or said a word.. I stood there watching a guy sleeping at his work station what seemed to be forever. At this point if my car would start again I would have turned around and left!! I walked down to see if a man I've dealt with since 1997 was there. He wasn't at his station but a very kind gentleman walked in and approached me and said Bill will be right back. I told Mr.A what had just happened to me and that I was upset. I needed help and no one seemed to care I walked in. I bought a $212.00 battery and Mr.A got me quickly on my way. I don't think I will ever go back to Renton Honda again!! Why should I continue to show my loyalty when it apparently only goes one way. More
Went there originally to look at a HR-V, but quickly realized it was going to be uncomfortable for someone my size/height. We looked at a few options, and I decided I likes the 2020 CR-V. Andrew Santana was great. I got there super early for my appointment, but they got my car in right away for the oil change and inspection. He also listed out the maintenance needed and the cost (before taxes). The waiting lobby was comfortable and pretty quiet. There was also coffee available for customers waiting for their cars. Vending machines as well if you wanted something other than coffee. Great job! Thank you! More
My 2016 Honda Pilot have reached 110,000 miles and a couple things to be done, rear differential fluid, engine coolant, oil change, engine filter, I compared the prices with the Honda dealers from Belle couple things to be done, rear differential fluid, engine coolant, oil change, engine filter, I compared the prices with the Honda dealers from Bellevue, Everett and Lynnwood, and the service price came out to be the lowest with Renton, including one service that was price matched. I was able to drop off the car the next day at 7:30am and was offered free Lyft rides to and back from my work location in Renton. With the said, the services were done by noon but I went to pick up my car at around 4pm. I spoke with the service advisor Jordan D. about previous emission warning lights and he told me there might be a potential warranty extension on that. Then he was able to pull it up while we were talking and confirmed my car is covered by the extended warranty. I was thankful for his help because I have spoke with service advisors at Klein Honda (where I bought my car) and was told there was nothing on it even when I said I read from online articles that they might be one. I was told my VIN of my Honda Pilot was not covered. Anyways, Jordan D. from Honda Renton hooked up a little device and was able to see the fault code register in my car and saw the emission problem code. Nevertheless, I was told I can bring it back to Honda Renton to have it looked it and they will waived the diagnostic fee even if the exact emission problem is not covered by the extended warranty. More
I left my car at Honda Autonation last Saturday. I did not expect a call until Tuesday but when I didn't get a call on Tuesday morning I called and left a message later in day. I left another mess I did not expect a call until Tuesday but when I didn't get a call on Tuesday morning I called and left a message later in day. I left another message midday on Wednesday. The later called 2 more numbers an still no return calls. Early Thursday Morning I received a call from Aaron who clarified that he would be the service agent for my car. Yes there is a loud noise. And they found the CV joint screw/bolt/clamp is worn out and part ordered plus the water pump belt is broken. He said parts will be in this afternoon and will be fixed. I was called about 5pm that repairs were done and car was test driven. YEAH The repairs and parts were covered under the extended warranty and only $100 due. When I picked it up, Andrew handled the paper work but Aaron was gone for the day. I drove my car home and I am happy that everything was fixable. Thank you Aaron. More
