Where do I start…I bought my car from another Honda Dealership and it’s to far to take my car to get serviced so I have been taking it to this Honda Dealership in Renton. Prior to taking my CRV I had a Dealership and it’s to far to take my car to get serviced so I have been taking it to this Honda Dealership in Renton. Prior to taking my CRV I had a 2017 Honda Accord that I brought here when moving from California and took it to this dealership also. I have had nothing but a bad experience here. I got charged for a more expensive tire and noticed they put two cheap tires on a different brand and had to tell them. Now my CRV I took it in get an A1 service and mentioned for the 2nd time that my car alarm is doing this weird beeping sound. The Service Manager Aaron told me he would have the guys look at it. When my car was finished, I asked him how come on the paperwork there are no notes about the alarm. I said I’ve told you about the alarm the past two years now and nothing has been done. He said well they couldn’t find anything wrong because the car isn’t doing it. I said I’m not leaving here today until my car gets looked at for this alarm. We have people stealing cars in my area and I want to make sure my alarm is working. Aaron takes it back to have it put on the machine and some codes came back with something wrong. He said to me well after forcing the service guy Maxwell to put it on the machine it did come back with some codes. He said do you have a service contract with any company so that we can see if we can file a claim. He then took my phone and text a picture of it to his phone. This is how I have access to his work phone number. I text him on March 2nd as he told me he would call me that Tuesday after his day off to communicate with me what he was able to find out. Never did I hear from him. I ended up sending him a text message and he responded back that they put a claim in. Next thing I know I receive a text message from Maxwell and it’s the RO that was sent to me and it expires on 3-10 I sent a text message to both of them today 3-9 and still have not heard back from either one of them. I am not happy and was asked to give a great review on them, but why should I give a review of a perfect score if I am not happy with the service they’d provide to me every time I take my cars there. It’s like I have to call them out just to get them to do right by me as a customer. Coming from California I am extremely use to wonderful customer service and the dealerships valuing their customers. I became extremely well known in California for sending over 25 customers to a Toyota dealership and they always took good care of me. Word of mouth if huge. It’s so important to treat your customers like they are the richest thing walking into your company because you just never know who you are servicing and never know what they are willing to do to help you. I feel also because I am a woman they they don’t care enough to listen to me when I tell them about my concerns. I know enough about cars and have purchases several cars from leasing them to buying them to paying them off and I surely know a car alarm should not be beeping the way it is. I even asked Aaron so do I need to drive my car all the way to Olympia where I bought the car to get better service and he assured me no that all dealerships can help me. i am saying this with all seriousness. I can see why there aren’t any cars being sold at this dealership, I can see why people get upset while checking their cars in/outand how they are being told one thing but the work isn’t being completed. Someone from Corporate Office needs to come out to check on this place. The Service guys checking you in aren’t friendly, don’t hardly smile, act like they can’t stand their job. You ask them a question and the first thing they ask is who is the person that checked you in who’s dealing with your car? It’s not a welcoming place at all. At this point I will not be taking my car back to the Honda Dealership in Renton, and this survey documentation is why! I am pretty sure that I am not the only person who has complained about these things More
Ty is amazing, she made the whole process very easy and fast. I really liked how she took the time to call a day after to check up. Definitely recommend fast. I really liked how she took the time to call a day after to check up. Definitely recommend More
Not a great experience. Definitely didn’t make buying a car fun! Had issues with the car the minute I got home. Took it to a near by Honda dealership to get it check out, comes to find out I don’t even have a warranty like said I did. Also they messed up my financing information. More
My original review stated "Good experience overall. They just received the car I was interested in. Ray helped me and got it fully detailed and fixed a few items on the car that they'd spotted as needing repair. I had to wait a few days to pick it up (order/install parts) ... which was worth it. Felt like I got a fair deal without being pressured at any point. I'd buy here again." My update: Well, about a week after picking up the car, the check engine light came on and I noticed a few other issues with the car that I emailed the General Manager and my Salesperson about to see if they would help or offer suggestions. (I also left vmails for the GM on a different matter.) They've "ghosted" me and haven't responded, which is surprising and disappointing. I've downgraded my rating as a result and would suggest to others to take a used car to an independent shop for a check before completing your purchase which is what I should have done to begin with.
