I’m a girl so coming in to get my car serviced is always nerve wrecking. The two associates were so helpful in having me actually LEARN about what is wrong with my car. They also went above and beyond and l nerve wrecking. The two associates were so helpful in having me actually LEARN about what is wrong with my car. They also went above and beyond and let me use their I phone charger while I waited since my car was already getting serviced (yeah they were quick). Even though I was the last customer they still didn’t rush me out . I will be returning back to the same associates in the future and give them many more reviews! More
Overall experience with the dealership as a whole was good... HOWEVER, what made it a 5+ 🌟 experience was James Salinas, (salesman)...He is the ONLY reason I didn't walk away from the deal. I have NEVER had someone go above and beyond as this young man did! My Kia was stolen (thanks kiaboyz 😒) and sadly was a total loss. I wasn't in a rush to get another vehicle at first, and then my living situation changed immediately and unexpectedly, so I started the search and as soon as I saw My Stella Rossa 🌹online I fell in love! (Stella because I'm getting my groove back and Rossa, because that means red in Italian- plus we're both Italiana soooo 🇮🇹) James made sure she was in tip-top shape for me before I drove nearly 200 miles to pick her up... 🤩 I had some concerns about her, once I met her (some cosmetic, wiper blades, and a sticky ignition, etc) he got me in a rental and held onto her until ALL of my concerns were addressed... 🧐and assured me that if there is an issue with the ignition sticking again in the future he would be sure I am taken care of... replaced wiper blades, replaced trim around tail light, replaced battery, gave her a good bath and filled her up!🥳 She is an older lady, kinda like me... but we're both still seggsy and have a lot of life (and miles) left in us haha 😄 He even put a bow on her so I could take pics with her even though she's not new she is new to me 🎀 James is a man of integrity (and no offense (or offense 🤷🏻♀️) but in my experience, that is a rarity in this industry) He deserves a bonus, a raise, recognition, and praise!! 👏🏼 More
The in store customer service is great. Scheduling for an oil change over the phone was terrible. All 3 times I've called the women have been very short and rude. Confirmed my email address but I never received an email. Very frustrating. I now have the gentleman's card who helped me. Moving forward I will reach out to him directly to schedule my appts. More
