Service Advisor Daniel Larson (#3016) checks my car in for service, then tells me I have to run over to the parts department to retrieve my own parts for my service appointment. This is the second time he for service, then tells me I have to run over to the parts department to retrieve my own parts for my service appointment. This is the second time he did this to me. The first time he did this, I told him I don't like having to retrieve my own parts. Plus the parts employee had to call Mr. Larson, because the parts employee had questions about the parts that I was requesting. I had another appointment yesterday, and Mr. Larson did this to me again. I told Mr. Larson (again) that I am not comfortable retrieving my parts for this appointment. Mr. Larson got upset with me and was very rude, so I took my car back and left AutoNation. Mr. Larson has an anger problem and treats customers with disrespect. I had a great experience with Auto Nation Honda in Renton Washington. I called on a Friday and spoke with a sales associate Jeff Burley. He was very helpful and even sent me a picture of the car that I was interested in that was sitting on the showroom floor. I made my decision and Jeff answered my call even after he had left work for the day. I worked with Jeff and the sales manager Dustin Irons to send and fill out all of the documents needed to hold the car for me. I arrived on Saturday morning after driving 3.5 hours to the dealership and was greeted by Jeff and Dustin as soon as I walked in. They made the buying experience easy and their price on the car was better then the other 3 dealerships that I looked at that all had markups. If you are in the market for a Honda you will be happy that you called Auto Nation Honda. More
