The five star rating is for my most recent service only (i.e., some of my previous service visits had issues). They underpromised and overdelivered. I was expecting it to take at least a few days to comp (i.e., some of my previous service visits had issues). They underpromised and overdelivered. I was expecting it to take at least a few days to complete repairs on my decades old Honda Civic. It usually takes them quite a while to get the parts. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the afternoon after I dropped it off and the vehicle was ready for pick up. A replacement alternator and axle and the major issues had been resolved. I don't know how much longer this old car will hold out, but I'm glad to have it working again for the time being. More
