I appreciate the detailed explanation of the service needed and ensuring the repairs are done correctly. Bill Ackerman has always been honest in his appraisal of what work needs to be done on my car, the time involved, and if possible provide alternative transportation if servicing required an overnight stay. I have no reservation in stating Bill and this dealership should receive the highest commendation and strive to retain their customers as CFL's (Customers for Life). More

Went in to check out a vehicle for my son. Test drove the car we were interested in and left. We weren't pressured to buy the car the same day, which was great.
