I had the opportunity to work with Ty while shopping for a new car. I came into the shop feeling relatively certain I wanted a Honda CR-V. She asked me about what was important in a car, then fully reviewed a new car. I came into the shop feeling relatively certain I wanted a Honda CR-V. She asked me about what was important in a car, then fully reviewed the CR-V to ensure it met my needs. Ty educated me on all the dealership accessories and helped me decide what I wanted to add to my car. I went into this process prepared for an aggressive sales style, but instead was met with compassion, kindness and incredible guidance. My car officially arrived last week and I’ve been in bliss driving it ever since. Huge thank you to Ty for providing support throughout this process. I purchased a car from this dealership. Great car and a fair price. However. . .Despite paying for the vehicle with a personal check (which has cleared and the funds debited from my acct) t Great car and a fair price. However. . .Despite paying for the vehicle with a personal check (which has cleared and the funds debited from my acct) they have not provided me with the title. I am now being told that because I am an out of state buyer it ay take 6-8 weeks to get the title. This was conveniently not disclosed when I purchased the car. Without the title I can not register the car. If I wanted to sell it I would not be able to. Given the option I would not have purchased the car. At best this is was a simple lack of communication leading to significant inconvenience. At worst this was dishonest business practice. I will not be giving this or any other Autonation dealership my business in the future More
