Arrived a bit early amd got me checked in immediately. Started working on my vehicle before my scheduled appointment time. Given a 3 hour estimate and was kept up to date on progress. The dealership, overall, is well organized, and the staff is friendly. The service department was not as organized. I was never greeted by a service representative until I just walked up to someone and they is friendly. The service department was not as organized. I was never greeted by a service representative until I just walked up to someone and they brought me to express service. Other representatives were away from their desk and unavailable to help with getting my car checked in. Once I was finally checked in, it was a seamless experience. More
