I called to ask if I can used my pre-owned verified warranty at any Honda dealer, I was told only at AutoNation. I drove one hour to use my warranty to maintain to my vehicle. Although I was late for my appointment, Jason Tran welcomed me to the Service area. In the past I was told that since I have a Mazda, the Service department could not do the diagnosis on the computer welcomed me to the Service area. Hmm I bought the car at AutoNation and purchased the Warranty plan with a $149 a month charge, so I was not happy. Jason's supervisor, Jason (That's right another Jason) said they will do the computer diagnosis and see what they find. They called an uber to get me home. NICE!!. When we picked up the car, Both Jasons were just departing for the day but took a moment to explain that my car is in good condition. They think the source of the "Check Engine " light has been located and asked me to return if the light goes on again for a replacement part under warranty. More
