Our purchase experience was fully remote up until the time we took ownership of the car. It was a bit challenging getting the quote solidified and reviewed. It was also a bit confusing on documentation required for a down payment done remotely. My understanding was this was not a common pattern for them as most customers would do this in person. Our car arrived earlier than expected and we called and arranged a time for us to come in, sign papers and take delivery of the vehicle. We picked a time in the middle of the day on Friday to not hit their peak times. It still took us 3 hours before we were able to leave the dealership which was much longer than expected and communicated. When we went through the licensing and payment process, multiple possible service plans/ extended warranties were presented without any prior knowledge. It would have been helpful to have this information available beforehand to review and make careful decisions. Having said the above, Angela was great to work with- she was very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process. We got a very good price on the car and everything is working great at this point! More

The five star rating is for my most recent service only (i.e., some of my previous service visits had issues). They underpromised and overdelivered. I was expecting it to take at least a few days to comp (i.e., some of my previous service visits had issues). They underpromised and overdelivered. I was expecting it to take at least a few days to complete repairs on my decades old Honda Civic. It usually takes them quite a while to get the parts. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the afternoon after I dropped it off and the vehicle was ready for pick up. A replacement alternator and axle and the major issues had been resolved. I don't know how much longer this old car will hold out, but I'm glad to have it working again for the time being. More
