High praise for Daniel and Justin at this Dealership’s Service Department! A traumatic and nerve wracking blowout of a tire on i405 South happened after I hit an unavoidable pothole while driving the ‘2 Service Department! A traumatic and nerve wracking blowout of a tire on i405 South happened after I hit an unavoidable pothole while driving the ‘21 Honda Insight. This left me with having to have the car towed to the nearest dealership which happened to be Renton Honda. It was a Saturday and the service department was very busy. Daniel was the person the tow truck driver & I talked with. Even though they were super busy, Daniel was so accommodating & explained that while they might be able to look at and repair it that day, it was likely it would need to be kept over the weekend. Later that afternoon, Daniel sent a text with his number where I could text with questions. On Monday when I called, Daniel was out that day, Justin answered and was so very helpful, cheerful and checked into everything and let me know what was happening with the car. The tire was ordered, etc. and would be in the next day. They did a thorough job of inspection on the vehicle, and again Justin helped me when I went to pick up the car. Solid 10 🌟on the service and pleasant experience for an otherwise unpleasant set of circumstances! -Lee More

GO TO ANY DEALERSHIP EXCEPT THIS ONE. They are the classic slime-ball nasty salesman who will tell you every lie in the book to get a commission out of you. I bought an Audi A4 from them They are the classic slime-ball nasty salesman who will tell you every lie in the book to get a commission out of you. I bought an Audi A4 from them and was ASSURED that it had been mechanically inspected and was in perfect condition, like clockwork on my way home from the dealership CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on and the car had a massive list of problems to long to type them all, they cleared the codes and sent me on my way. After coming back, I had the choice of maybe 10 different cars all dirty and in horrible condition NONE of which I wanted, but had no choice because I had already put down 7 THOUSAND DOLLARS and financed with them. THEY HAD NO REMORSE. I was 19 at the time and they totally took advantage of me. I’m in a much better financial situation now and have been talking with my attorney about taking legal action because of the repercussions I’ve had to deal with from trying to give my business to these xxx people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS More
