The service Dept is the only excellent service department there is. No one does a better job and get the job done when promised. i came in for an oil change and David was helping me out and i was in and ou there is. Needed my usual oil change and had a coupon. First customer service got me an appt right away, then I was greeted by the service writer who was very friendly and outgoing. I had another coupon for a winter inspection which he accepted along with the oil change coupon. He complimented me on my driving habits and said that I still had some time left before the oil change was needed. Upon getting the car, it was washed and very clean and done within the hour while I waited. I got a good price for the service I got and feel like they are taking good care of the car they sold to me. More
I came into this dealership at 3:00 on a Saturday with a dead battery. I had a cable jump to get there. Greg checked and said they had 1 battery left for my Honda Civic Hybred, but no service people were dead battery. I had a cable jump to get there. He suggested I buy the battery and come back on Monday a.m. Instead while he went to get the one battery left, his partner Jerimy started taking out the old battery himself. From the minute I entered the Service Department everyone was friendly and helpful. When I purchased my Honda Civic in 2009, I somehow ended up without an owner's manual. Although I had not really needed it, I did feel that it would be a useful reference, so I mentioned it to Ryan when I a up without an owner's manual. Although I had not really needed it, I did feel that it would be a useful reference, so I mentioned it to Ryan when I arrived for a routine service visit. I also mentioned that I would be happy with either a printed copy or simply a URL link to a Web version of the manual. While I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the waiting room and made use of O'Hare Honda's wireless access to get some work done, Ryan was able to locate a PDF version of the manual and ultimately email it to me. When I left, not only had my service work been completely in a timely manner, I also had received the PDF file in my email, opened it, searched for and found an item of interest (how to program the automatic door locks). Thanks to Ryan's willingness to go above and beyond, I now have a copy of the manual on my PC as well as on a CD in the glove compartment of my car - better in many ways than having the printed version. I may copy it to my smart phone, as well. All around - a great job by this dealership and its staff! More

My most recent experience at O'Hare Honda was regarding a problem with my air conditioner. Greg, my service rep, spent the time to track down my service warranty and called the warranty company to find out if my air conditioning problem was covered. Greg also informed me that I was enttled to a 24 hour car rental which he would arrange for me to be picked up and brought to the rental company from O'Hare Honda. Greg told me that he would have the part needed to fix my air conditioning by 9:00 the next morning, so I decided not to use a rental. I dropped my car off the next morning and a very courteous employee drove me home. My car was fixed by 2:30 that afternoon. More
