Mark is by far the best service coordinator I have ever delt with. I have had many before him, he is truly the best in EVERY way. I have bought both of my cars from O'hare Honda. I also have only had O'hare Honda service my cars(aproxx 7 yrs). I began to work with Mark Ashkan about 4 yrs ago and his professionalism has been nothing have only had O'hare Honda service my cars(aproxx 7 yrs). I began to work with Mark Ashkan about 4 yrs ago and his professionalism has been nothing but admirable. We have had numerous instances where he has been very accommodative with both my wife and me. He has been very helpful with our schedules and our emergencies. Just recently he was very helpful to a friend from out of state. Mark went above and beyond the call of duty in this instance, but what i've come to realize is that this just then way he operates. He is a very valuable asset to O'hare Honda! We are and will continue to be loyal customers! More
I cannot say enough about this dealership. Even though I have one closer to my home I choose to buy my cars and service them here. I mainly deal with Mark Ashkan who is the main reason I service both my Honda's at this location. He is extremely knowledgable and takes care of me and my vehicles as though I was the only customer he has, though I have seen him with others and he gives them outstanding service as well. I am old school and service like the one Mark gives his customers is very rare these days. This dealership is very lucky to have someone like Mark! No I am not a relative and he hasn't tried to bribe me to write this letter. I am writing this so that this dealership REALLY realizes the importance of good service and doesn't become like most of the other dealerships who think the customer needs them instead of the other way around! I have been so fortunate to have found the greatest car I've ever owned and the best dealership I've ever been too. The salesman, finance person and the sales mgr. But my all time favorite is Mark Ashkan. He is a service writer and has gotten me in and out on time. Reported everything wrong and right with my car and he has explained things to me in detail. Also I had a day where I left the key in axillary and used up the battery. So I called Mark who directed me to the free jump/tow service they offer. Turned out it was 2 hrs late and a shady guy and his girlfriend came in their own car. I called Mark and asked if I should let this guy jump me he said "if your not comfortable I can send 2 porters right now to give you a jump." In the end I let the guy jump my car and Mark stayed on the phone and talked to me while I drove it for 1/2hr to re-charge the battery. He is the best! I can't say enough good things about the dealership and this wonderful employee Mark Ashkan!!! More

I purchased my car from O'Hare Honda about four years ago. Every time I go back to the service department, I get great customer service. I always ask for Mark Ashkan, and he takes good care of me. Everyone there is very friendly, and I've never wanted to take my car anywhere else. The quality of service is well worth the price, which is fair and reasonable. Usually, I just go in for an oil change or routine maintainence. Recently, I brought my car in for a flat tire. They fixed it for very cheap, and all my questions were answered and concerns addressed. I never felt like I was being ripped off, and I have been ripped off at other places. More
My car is 8 years old and for 7 1/2 of them I had it serviced at the competition. I was refered to O'Hare Honda and am disappointed in myself for having spent 7 1/2 years at a neighboring Honda dealer serviced at the competition. I was refered to O'Hare Honda and am disappointed in myself for having spent 7 1/2 years at a neighboring Honda dealer that doesn't even compare to the quality service and friendliness of the entire O'Hare Honda staff! From the Service Advisor (Ryan), to the mechanic, to the girl who checked me out, to the guy who put the fluids in my car to the staff member who held the door for me as I left. This group works as a team and makes me feel comfortable servicing my car at O'Hare Honda. And it gets better, the first time I took my car in for repairs, they drove me home because they thought the service was going to take longer then expected, then when I came to pick up my car, and it needed more time to repair, they offered me a loaner, and it wasn't a tin can, it was a car similiar to what I was accustomed to driving, all that took the sting out of my car not being ready. They truly care that I am happy!! Don't think twice, check out O'Hare Honda and ask for Ryan Durso because he is AWESOME! O'Hare is lucky to have the caring staff that they have because separately and together they create a WOW experience, and it all starts with Ryan. More
