Worst Service ever! They cheat you! Never give them your $ So I spent $500 on Sat and got bunch of stuff done. I was charged $500 for the service and I took it for granted that all work was done professionally So I spent $500 on Sat and got bunch of stuff done. To my surprise, the serpentine belt broke the next day, and found out that they didn't even replaced it. Took it to the dealer back on Mon evening and they are not accepting that fault rather telling me that they need to look what's wrong in my car! Even manager Mile Spano wasn't admitting to their fault. He was apologetic but this is beyond acceptance. Fortunately , car was running ok and I wasn't hurt. Who knows what could have happened. Never again I will return here and I warn you all to give them your business. There are other better dealers in town. More

It's no big deal but $6.44 "miscellaneous charges" what's it for and WHY? It adds up if you have your car serviced several times a year where they make most of their money anyway. Who knew? Wife was told everyone gets charged so they can maintain their equipment. Isn't that cost of doing business? Doesn't the non-cash expense of depreciation cover that? Pity. More

I have purchased 5 cars at O’Hare Honda in the past 8 years. The car buying experience was actually really good with the salesman coming out to swap my trade in for the car I was buying. Thank you - Steve Foresta you are the real deal. The service department was great, competent and professional. Oil changes and maintenance is quick and trouble free. They have free coffee and wifi. Very convenient, since you can work while waiting for the service to complete. Well Done Bruce !! More

I took my car to O'hare Honda because my neighborhood mechanic told me that a part that I needed fixed should be covered under my Honda warranty. After going through much trouble from O'hare Honda, I spo mechanic told me that a part that I needed fixed should be covered under my Honda warranty. After going through much trouble from O'hare Honda, I spoke directly to Honda Corporate, and they helped me out with this. However, even after the part was replaced from Honda, I kept having the same problem occur over and over (my car was stalling) The customer service I received from O'hare Honda was completely unacceptable. For starters, I was questioned and reprimanded by Greg for not paying them a diagnostic fee on my previous visit. I was NEVER asked to pay a fee the first time I came in, so I'm not sure how this is the customers fault. Additionally, after I did pay them on a future visit for the diagnostic fee + parts, I asked them to explain to me what they did to fix it. Greg's response was, and I quote, "this is what Honda told us to do, this is the procedure for those engine codes". That in no way explained to me what was wrong with my car, or what I was paying to have fixed. Fast forward a month later, the problem occurs again with my car stalling. I call them back, and this time speak to the manager Paul Benedetto because I wanted to ensure, after bringing my car there FOUR times that I will not be having to pay another diagnostic fee, when my car has been checked for this same problem and is still not fixed. Paul was VERY rude, telling me they have been SO "gracious" to me that if I wanted to get my car checked out again it would be another "$89 if not more" and that if I didn't want to pay I could take my business elsewhere. Also, he stressed that I had to pay because his mechanics do not work for free. I don't expect free work, but I DO expect for my car to be fixed when I pay you to diagnose and fix it..and I would think by the FOURTH time this would be done correctly. Not to mention that when I got several shuttle rides from them (the only thing I actually did appreciate about their business..) the driver once rolled his window down and started using profanity and yelling at a driver next to us. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and made me extremely uncomfortable. They clearly do not care about their customers, and they do not doing honest work. More

He's not only an experienced service professional but also friendly and personable; that, to me, makes a HUGE difference. It is such a comfort to always be greeted with a smile and to also know that my car will be serviced with great care. I have written a few notes to Kevin Mize, the owner of O'Hare Honda, praising him for employing such a great service staff to work with. This is just another way to let all who read this know that I would highly recommend Ryan Durso and O'Hare Honda to any of my friends or family.
