I've been going to this dealership since I bought my first Honda Odyssey there in 2001 which I later sold to a family member when I bought a 2006 Odyssey. I am still driving the '06 because of the great first Honda Odyssey there in 2001 which I later sold to a family member when I bought a 2006 Odyssey. I am still driving the '06 because of the great service I get here. My vehicle is like brand new even with it's 108K miles on it. I hope to keep it for another 100K. I have, however, never gotten to know one service advisor because they seem to come and go quickly. However, I have seen Char a few times in addition to this last visit and hope to get know her. She was very helpful in getting a ride for me and in communicating the progress of my service as it occurred. I would certainly set up my next appointment with her. More

Eddie gave me an estimate of an hour to an hour and a half wait, and it was an hour and 15 minutes so his estimate was correct! I knew I would be waiting at the dealership so that was fine with me.
